Shipment confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent the business day after your order ships. The Aplus Tech Store is only for purchases made in and shipped to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. We are unable to deliver to international addresses from this store. Due to security reasons and shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to a PO Box or AFPO address. Shipment costs are calculated and displayed before you complete the order. You can find out the cost of the selected shipping method by placing products in the shopping cart and proceeding to the “checkout”.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Aplus Technology Store, Level3, Suite 3.11, 56 Delhi Road, NSW 2113 AU. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
We have set up a shipping calculator to give you the exact shipping amount you will be charged depending on your shipping zip code, the shipping method chosen and the total weight of your order. When you register or Login, and "Check out" your order , you will receive an email with your tracking Number that will enable you to view & track your order online - please verify the information before calling customer service.
